Carol moved to Suffolk in 2000. Carol worked worked for two Charity retail shops in the area before joining Harris Elmswell where she got to know many of the local residents. She has represented Elmswell as District Councillor for the last five years. She sits on the Planning and Executive Committees and has focused her efforts on the environment, affordable housing and employment.
