Martin was elected as District Councillor just over two years ago in a by-election. He has lived in the area for 25 years. His children all attended Claydon High School where he is currently a Governor.

Martin sits on the MSDC Planning and Environment Committees. He is a former chair of the local Scout group and now serves on the Claydon & Barham Youth Support Group. He has been actively involved in improving the facilities for young people in the area

Mohammed is a parish Councillor in Hemingstone where he lives with his wife Angela and new born son. He attended University in the North of England where he studied IT.

He is now an innovation and business consultant working for clients in the area such as the Suffolk College.

Mohammed has lived in Suffolk for 10 years and being a keen environmentalist his priority is to conserve our countryside.
